The Miss Philippines Earth 2012 Grand Coronation Night was held Sunday night, May 27, 2012, at the Center Stage, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. Stephany Stefanowitz from Quezon City was declared Miss Philippines Earth 2012 winner along with the four other titles of equal importance.

Miss Stefanowitz will represent the Philippines in the Miss Earth 2012 pageant which will be held on October 28, 2012 in Indonesia.

The 2012 Miss Philippines Earth competition will be take place on May 27 at the Center Stage of SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The reigning queen, Athena Mae Imperial will take her final walk and crown her successor during the event.

The new Beauty Earth Philippines will represent the country in Miss Earth 2012 later this year.
