They came from the length and breadth of Trinidad and Tobago, 112 beautiful women all hoping to capture the universe. Miss T&T Universe salutes these women who believed in themselves and stepped up for a chance to represent their nation. We
applaud and thank all the women for their participation, Trinidad and Tobago truly is blessed with absolutely breathtaking women.
Out of 112 women, 37 stunners made it to the second round, the judges then had the arduous task of narrowing the field again. The atmosphere was tense in the judging room as the judges deliberated before eventually deciding on 21 women.
Each of the 21 had a four minute interview with the judges before the field was narrowed down to 12, after that the judges deliberated for 45 minutes before deciding on the 10 women who would be offered a position in the Miss Trinidad and Tobago pageant.
From these 10 women only one will emerge to represent our land of oil and music at the 2012 Miss Universe pageant. Three sundays from now we will know who will be the new Miss Trinidad and Tobago...
