The Group 3 swimsuit competition was held at the Hamilo Coast resort and the winners were Miss Paraguay, Alexandra Fretes (gold medallist), Miss Norway, Nina Fjalestad (silver medallist) and Miss Dominican Republic, Rocio Castellanos (bronze medallist).
